Legal Agreement for WeddingVectors.com Premium Wedding Graphics

1. License Grant

WeddingVectors.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use our premium wedding graphics and digital designs for personal and commercial purposes as outlined in this agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You are permitted to:

• Download and use the digital files for personal projects
• Use the designs in commercial projects (print, digital, web)
• Print physical copies for personal and client use
• Modify and customize the designs for your projects
• Use in both digital and print marketing materials
• Provide the final output to your clients or customers

3. Restricted Use

You are NOT permitted to:

• Resell the original digital files or source files
• Share or distribute the digital files with others
• Use the designs to create competing products or services
• Republish or remarket the designs without modification
• Use the designs in violation of local, state, or federal laws
• Claim ownership of the original designs
• Remove copyright or watermark information from the files

4. Payment & Billing

All payments are processed securely through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We accept all major credit cards, digital wallets, and payment methods supported by Paddle. Invoices are automatically sent to your email address registered with your account.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.

Refunds are:

1. Requested within 30 days of purchase
2. Processed for unused, unmodified products
3. Returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
4. Subject to our refund eligibility criteria

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, graphics, and content on WeddingVectors.com are the intellectual property of WeddingVectors.com or our licensed designers. Your purchase grants you a license to use the designs, not ownership. We retain all rights to the original designs and source files.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our designs, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your sole remedy is a refund of your purchase price.

8. User Conduct & Fraud Prevention

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use fraudulent payment methods or stolen cards
• Create multiple accounts to abuse our refund policy
• Engage in chargebacks for valid purchases
• Violate intellectual property laws or regulations

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned and may be reported to payment processors and law enforcement.

9. Changes to Terms
